To provide feedback, "Rate" items or submit comments

When logged on, you can record your opinion on an article, resource, or discussion via the Rate link next to its title.  You may also vote in polls that offer a variety of choices.  You may change (or delete) your ratings or votes at any time.

In "Show favorites first" mode, the site will list items you rate high first and items you rate low last.  Ratings from all users will be summarized and displayed below the rating link, (e.g., +35/-12), and are used to determine the listing order for items that you have given the same rating (or no rating).

Thus the ratings you make will help other users of the site, since the items at the top of their listings will be those that you and others have found most useful.  This will be increasingly helpful as more items are added to the site.

You can also submit comments, and rate the comments made by others.  Since there are a limited number of significantly different opinions on a topic, comment ratings make it possible for hundreds of people to have their voice heard on a discussion topic while still keeping it short enough to read.

If you have some feedback but do not want it to be displayed on the site, send a private email to webmaster@texastrustees.org.  Everything you tell us about how you like the form and content of the site will help us make it better.
